Together with Pia Christmann she founded Studio Pandan, a Berlin-based design studio with a flair for detail and an imaginative outlook. A playful sensibility informs their approach to identity systems across print and digital, as well as their design for standalone publications and websites. Together with Agnieszka Roguski, she works under the collective A.R. practice on projects at the interface between design and curatorial practice like the multi-stage exhibition ON VIEW, which took place online and on site at KV–Kunstverein Leipzig. Echoing Exhibition Views is a book they published with Onomatopee.

Ann is also teaching design from time to time. She gave lectures and workshops at UdK Universität der Künste Berlin, HfK Hochschule für Künste Bremen, Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule Halle, abk Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart, HfG Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach among others.

Her works were published at the International Biennial of Graphic Design Brno, HKW Haus der Kulturen der Welt Berlin, Designer’s Open Leipzig, Stiftung Buchunst/Schönste Deutsche Bücher, in the GRAPHIC magazine, form (Magazin für Haltung und Design), Page and AIGA Eye on Design among other institutions and publications.
